Hi, the best is if you can share your 3d model.
The possibile solution most of the time depends on the constructions.
From what I see the best would it be to build the entire shape using the record history e make the starting surfacing built from curves that drives the shape and dimensions.
As I said, pls, send us your file.
Try drag one of those while holding Shift.
I just created Torus and then stretched it out. so you don’t really need an model
