The easiest way to snap to the CPlane origin is by typing 0.
Is your question about Grasshopper or Rhino? Can you give a better description of what you are trying to do?

Sorry, I shouldn’t have been clear enough.
I am creating a point in rhino that is not centered on the z, y, x axis
and I would like to center it with grasshopper.

I’m still not clear on what you want to do.
If you want to create a centered point in Rhino, do as @martinsiegrist suggested:
Use the _Point command and when prompted for the location of the point object just enter 0.
If you want to move a point in grasshopper to the origin, this should work:
I don’t see any reason do to this though, because the result is the same as simply creating a new point at the origin.

If you mean zoom selected: use python.
If you mean move the point or the object use orient or move to point (Pufferfish)
