Can't make angle free lines( only horizantal and vertical )

Hi Dear Rhino Community:

I am having trouble on making angle free lines. I can only make lines which is vertical or horizontal.

In the picture above, the red dot is where I am aiming. I have re-installed Rhino to make angle free lines, but problem still remains.

Turn off Ortho, or suspend Ortho by holding the Shift key.

Consider running through a few Getting Started tutorials on the Learn page.
