Cannot Log in to my Account and License Server

I cannot Log in to my account and i cannot retrieve my floating license since 2FA code does not arrive to my cellphone. It seems 4 digit tel number on screen 2 of them starred but number should be more. I tried all ways to connect to support but no success, could somebody help me?

by the way, i am using this system for atleast 2 years, now i got this error.

In that case, you must have used a different email address than the one you use on this forum because I don’t see any mail from this address.
