Cannot Create Curve from .csv File

I have a CSV file that contains the position data of a Dzhanibekov curve, and I’m trying to use it to generate the curve. However, I’m running into an error at the final stage of the process.

Would you mind taking a look at the file to see where I might be going wrong?

Alright, but this results in a curve that shouldn’t be formed this way.

But those are the points and that is the curve generated.
There is also an easier way to get points.
