x,y,z coordinate triplets in CSV format can be imported into Rhino and will appear as points. No headers needed, and headers may prevent proper import. Once the points are in Rhino you can create dimensions between the points.
Or are you asking about something else?
I had in mind an airfoil table, first row distance from 0,0 , 2nd row distance above chord axis. 3rd row distance below chord axis.
It would speed up the points plotting, if it would place the dims as well all the better
