Can I close this open mesh without shape deformation?

Hi I’m a beginner.
I wanna close this open mesh so that I have to save this ‘ply’ model as a ‘obj’ model.

But I shouldn’t change the shape.
Can I close this open mesh without shape deformation?

FillMeshHole might work… shouldn’t distort the existing part.
