Bug - Gumball scale handle remains visible after scale is set to 0

Hi,

Scale handle remains visible after scaling to 0, this doesn’t happen in R7.

When an object is scaled to 0 and the gumball is rotated afterwards, could the grips reappear and adjust to the size of the bbox? I realized I can do this by disabling and enabling the gumball so this is fine.
