BUG. Bounding box takes into account imaginary block insertion point

Steps:
Make a box, make it a block, load in into GH, move it somewhere with move or orient component, try to create bounding box, bounding box will enclose even imaginary point somewhere near world origin.

I am working with Rhino Beta.
