Anyone can tell why splitting an extruded brep on Z direction gets misshaped?

I’d say this has to do with the high number of points in your edges / too many isocurves.

I baked the surface edges and fit new curves in Rhino, then I recreated your surfaces. Still tight definition but I think the issue you mentioned is gone
