Branch Shift without change in Tree hierarchy

Hi, I want to have one number shift in this tree list, but after doing the process, the hierarchy is changed. How can I maintain the hierarchy in branch shifting?

Can you explain a bit more on what you are shifting?

Currently you are using Shift List on the paths and then Renumber on the Tree Branch component.
