Boolean Union + Split problems

Hi guys,

I am having difficulties trying to boolean join two surfaces together. I’ve looked at the intersect feature and they do indeed intersect and it shows me the resulting curve. Yet, when I try to boolean them together it is unable to do so.

Hello - Please attach a file with the two objects or send to tech@mcneel.com if the file is confidential.

I am trying to boolean union the object in yellow and green first. then join the object in pink to the first set of boolean union

Hello - the yellow object has multiple coincident faces - you’ll want to explode and simplify that.

I’m not sure I understand. Can you explain how to do that?

Thank you!
