BlockResetScale not working. Bug?

I’m trying to reset the scale of a block so I can edit it but it doesn’t seem to work.

I tried both modes, One and Automatic as you can see in the video.

Seeing this as well, thanks for reporting RH-89283 BlockResetScale leaves non-uniformly scaled block
