Best way to convert stp files to .c4d files

Hi,

I am new here and new to Rhino. I have a client that sends .stp files and I was wondering what would be best practise for exporting the file from Rhino and importing into C4D?

I would check on the Cinema4D site and see what they can import. They would know more than a Rhino forum.
