Any reason that Badger can’t use viewCaptureToFile as a renderer?

There’s a “View capture” task - you can use that instead of the render task, and it should do exactly what you want.

Is there a way to viewCapture all named views, or do I have to add them individually?

Still plans to add this to automate all named views? ViewCaptureToFile is a great preview to have before rendering, the project I’m working on right now has got 30+ views and I’d love to be able to automate that rather than setting up individual tasks for each view.
