Autosave: how to set autosave time to exact time?

I have rhino 5 and I can’t find anywhere option where I could set autosave time. Could somebody help?

On the same topic maybe even the same question.
Does anyone know a way maybe a plugin or a script that save the work on a specific time?

For example I want to make a Incremental Save when I finish my working day at 18:00 but some times forget. Can i automate this process?
