Arc length shown in properties--->details?

when creating a circle in 2d I can get it’s details in the properties–>details, however, once I trim it to just an arc, the only way I can get it’s 2d arc length is by creating an arc dimension. Is there possibly another / faster way to get the length of an arc without having to create a dimension? OR for that matter a total length of a joined string of curves?

any help would be appreciated

You might try the Length command for both of the above. Also in menu Analyze>Length…
