App Builder Required Upgrade

Hi,

When I try to use App Builder from an existing model, I encounter the following message:

I have a Designer Plus account, and I was able to use App Builder a couple of weeks ago. How to fix this? Thanks.

From which location on the platfrom do you get this message? When you click on the “Open App” button in the model view page, or somewhere else? I just tested with a Designer Plug account and the App Builder seems to work as expected.

Hi Mathieu, thanks for the quick reply. I get this message from the model view page and also from the library. I happens on both Safari and Chrome.

I noticed a configuration mistake with your plan and updated it just now, could you give it another try and let me know if the issue is fixed?
