Annotations to prep for a cutting table

Hi, does anyone know if there is a much a quicker way to prep annotations for an old cutting table for fabric?

In my current work flow, I create a 3D model, then unroll the model with labels, then I have the annotations created with rhino. however, in order for me to prepare the files for the cutting table we use at work (its an old machine). I need to copy and paste annotations created with lines (because the cutting table can only read single lines and not an actual “font”). For example, I would copy a number “1” annotation which I created with polylines onto the rhino number 1 dot.

I have tried converting dot to text, however the fonts are still too thick. I have attached an image below as an example of what I currently have to do.
