Annotation text box command for additional info in a drawing with text and and arrow line?

Hi there. I’m using rhino for years, but have never found a nice option to make a text box in a technical drawing with an arrow. I guess I would call it an annotation box. Did I miss a useful command or is it simply not there?

Something like this (where it says area 1):

Sometimes i use DimCurveLength, and I can override the number with text. but that is kind of a work around and only works on lines… like below

Any ideas?
