Hello I am trying to achieve adding volume to Curve geometry (Image 1 to Image 2 below) could you help me on how to achieve that?
I prefer non-destructive workflows if possible. Thanks in advance

In Rhino7 you can try the MultiPipe command, or the MultiPipe component in Grasshopper.
This produces a SubD, but if you want the faceted version you can use ExtractControlPolygon to get the mesh
