Add link to Scripting Guides to the Scripting feature page

As per the title, it would be a good thing to add a link to the Scripting Guides page (Rhino - Scripting Guides) in the Scripting feature page (Rhino - Scripting).

At the moment, the only link is to the ScriptEditor Command doc page (Rhino scripting | Rhino 3-D modeling), which eventually links to the Guides page.

I think a direct link to the guides from the feature page could improve a lot the search for help and overall experience by removing a middleman: correct me if I’m wrong, but I think that people interested in scripting are more interested in finding guides on the matter rather than how to run the ScriptEditor command.

I updated that page, there should be a link there once all the cache pages clear which can take 30 - 40 minutes
