Is it possible to configure these elements? It is poorly visible and not very intuitive.
It is not possible to configure at the moment. In the context of your use case, how would you like to display these buttons to make it more intuitive?
I think a more dynamic color will definitely draw customers attention, perhaps as if buttons were pulsating for a moment? I also wonder if the right tab side under “add to cart” button wouldn’t be more intuitive.
Is there any chance of improvement? I think changing the accept button to green color and the reject button to red would make a big difference.

We will release a new version of App Builder in the next few days including more noticeable default colors for the validation buttons.
We have released a new App Builder version where the Accept and Reject buttons have stronger colors. Please test and let me know if this solves your issue. In the future, we will develop a way to include those buttons in a custom location.
