how can i make a list to bring this points into order so i can make four point surfaces??
Either use a [Flip Matrix] to swap rows and columns and then [Tree Explode].
Each Branch of which there are four will then go into each of the [4 point surface] inputs.
Or you can use the ZUI feature to get 3 extra outputs from a [List Item] and plug these into [4 point Surface]
EDIT: your image shows the wrong output. Use V to get the points. Unless you actually want [Edge Surface]
