I want to use the Zoo license manager for Rhino 5 and the RhinoResurf plugin. Does Zoo supports the RhinoResurf plugin?

Not yet but the developer tools used by the RhinoResurf developers do include support for Zoo licensing. It is up to them if they want to go that route in their development.
