Wrong background lines using section tool for rhino 8

Regarding the mysterious line, it’s an error of the section tool that keeps that line instead of deleting it. The wrong lines are multiple within the project

I’ve found a workaround using the grey hatch to cover it (and the other wrong lines kept by the section tool), but I must rearrange the background curves from the section tool on the back to be covered by the hatch. By default, the background curves created by the section tools should be in the background for me (in nome omen).

I hope to be clear; I think this is a critical point to solve,

No one using the Section tool command in his pro work?

This looks like the same issue, please do not double post.

I tested your file again on my mac and am not seeing the extra line. (8.6.24069)

Your system info, if someone can repeat on a similar setup we can get a bug report going.
