Visual Arq 2 and Visual Arq 3 licence

I am looking to buy visual arq 2 but I am also kinda leaning to use rhino 8 so, will visual arq 2 and 3 use the same license or will I need to pay to upgrade from v2 to v3 for rhino 8

VisualARQ 3 licenses will be different than VisualARQ 2 licenses, so there will be a cost for the upgrade.
