I created tags for my doors, they show up in the perspective view and parallel projection, but the border shape disappears when I press toggle cut plane. Is this a known bug or is there a solution to this problem? Trying to change the elevation of the tag didn’t work.
Hi @martijn.voz,
I’ve been able to reproduce the issue.
Here is the latest build of VisualARQ 2.13.2 with this bug fixed:

Thanks for reporting the bug!

It seems to work as expected now, thanks!
Hello Enric!
I tried to install 2.13.2.17562, but get this error when starting Rhino:
I uninstalled the previous version beforehand.
Thanks!
Hi @Eugen,
I’m looking into this issue, but apparently, McNeel accidentally broke the Rhino C++ SDK in Rhino 7 SR32. This means some C++ plugins may fail to load in SR32. I’ll report the issue so they can fix this ASAP.
In the meantime, the only workaround is to downgrade Rhino 7 to SR31. Here is the download link:
https://files.mcneel.com/dujour/exe/20230615/rhino_en-us_7.31.23166.15001.exe
I’ll keep you posted as soon as I get more information.
Regards,
Enric
The bug has been reported to McNeel.
Sorry, but we cannot fix this issue on our side.

I’m having this exact same bug in current release of VA3.0.4.18256 / R8.4.24044.15001. Any clues how to fix it?
Thanks!
