Using Karamba Analysis to set attractors

Good Evening, we are a group of students, that need a bit of help. We want to use the Karamba Analysis to set attractor points in the places where there is the highest points of stresses so we can create a grid shell that acts accordingly (our idea was that the line density of the gridshell should get higher in the places where the highest stress occurs, that is, the attractors). But we’re a bit at a loss as to how to best manage it. We are thankful for any replies and every type of help!

Hi, if you have a script that you can share we could help provide you with support.

Pdek_12.12.gh (113.2 KB) yes im sorry i didnt know! as you can see after the karamba analysis we tried many ways but noone of them gave the results we wanted, so its a bit chaotic at the end

Thank you for your reply!

Sorry for the late reply. You can use the Result Vectors on Shells component 3.7.3.3 Result Vectors on Shells | Karamba3D v3 to extract the principal stresses at predefined points on your mesh, these can then be used to find the point of highest stress, which you could use as an “attractor”. The grid of points will not actually change though
