yes, yes and yes - a implementation of these points and thus creating “new” workflows would be awesome, it’s all about giving options and those would help working on 2d documentation a lot.
as @Eugen stated numerous times (for example here: ClippingDrawings - mechanism of update (how ?) - Rhino - McNeel Forum) the way archicad handles these 3 spaces is very straight forward and just works! It would be a real gain to peek on how they did it and implement this into rhino.
