Unrealistic Energy simulation values

I am running total heating and cooling energy simulation and getting results in joules, when I convert them to kWh/m2 it shows that the values are very high like 500 kWh/m2 for a very small room.

I have checked the settings many times and my settings looks normal.
Any help or suggestions?
