[UI BUG] PackageManager search field can't be cleared with X-button

Hi,

In Rhino 7 (7.8.21168.01002, 2021-06-17) and the version before, the small, round X-button in the search field of the PackageManager doesn’t clear the field, when pressed. I remember it working in Rhino 6.

Also the tiny, radial loading wheel on the right of the search field simply stops or freezes, when a search has concluded. Wouldn’t it make more sense, if it dissappeared, until a new search is started?

Hm - there is no X button at all in the latest here.
