Hi, I am on trial for Rhino and am looking for resources (tutorials, etc.) regarding how to begin creating architectural models. Would architectural models be a good way to start learning Rhino or beginning with smaller objects?

Sorry for the delayed answer.
You can start learning Rhino with modeling anything you are interested in. Since Architecture is your area of interest, you can start by modeling a small building.
Rhino Mac and windows are very similar but with very minor differences.
If you go to Rhinoceros > Preferences > Themes > then you can change the Mac theme to a windows theme from the top dropdown menu. This will make it easier for you to follow when watching tutorials for Rhino windows online.
