Trimmed surface offset no working

hello everyone ,

here i tried to offset a trimmed surface and its not working could not understand how to solve it

Normally,Offset Surfaceshould be expected to work on ‘Trimmed Surface’, but not in this case… I have no idea why. Here is a workaround.
