Tree Branch in python grasshopper

Hi,
I’m trying to use node Tree Branch in python grasshopper, I can’t find the option Maintain Paths so that’s why the result not true.
Do we have any option for it ? or another way ?

I just new
for example: I have list y = [ {1},{2},{0} ], and the result from a, it look like still can’t take item in list, so I try to take item by export single group, but I want to take all item in 1 list look like from Tree Branch.
