No there isn’t. You can analyse curvature but not swept areas. It should be pretty easy to create a Grasshopper program to do swept analysis but you wouldn’t have the vehicle dimensions database.
I presume you are working in an environment where you can’t just work to building codes for radius, width, camber etc.
