Sweep1 not working depending on curves location (not relative)

Gh sweep1 is randomly not working depending on curves location:


*Just tested in Rhino 7 - same

I don’t know the exact reason why, BTW, it seems this way could be more reliable by bringing two different starting points(rail & section curve)to the same position.
