I always work with client files, and relatively often, the surfaces aren’t great. and often, I have intersections that cannot be calculated, do you have an idea where this could come from?

The absolute tolerance is 0.00001. Relax it to 0.0001 or 0.001 and Intersection works. Rhino usually works best with the absolute tolerace between 0.01 and 0.0001.
