SubD SDK request: SubD crease weight accessible in GH

Hi, @dalelear , @DavidRutten , is it possible to implement R8’s new SubD crease into GH1? It will improve mesh to Nurbs workflow in GH a alot since users can add controllable fillet to the geometry by this way.
