Red Bull King of the Air - by far the largest event on kiteboardings calendar - is on again in Cape Town. We currently have a yellow light for a start for tomorrow (Saturday 22nd Nov), and weather is looking GOOD.
Cape Town has put on some of the best training conditions leading up to the event anyone can remember in the 13 years it has been running.
I have 5 riders across 3 brands using boards I have designed, here’s hoping for a repeat of the excellent results from last year.
I’ve also been called up to the commentary booth, very much looking forward to watching from the judges tower and spending some hours giving the crowd my take on what is going on.
If you are in Cape Town this weekend, I highly recommend heading down to watch, it’s an incredible event to see live.
