Hi, I would like to ask which of the solar analysis tools are easy to use I just need something that gives:
-a graphic with the analemmas (like the image) and -the solar vector for a given time.
This does not concern my usual work, so I don’t need something fancy. The simpler the better. any thoughts?
Ladybug will give you that.
No plugin, but this code:
provided an option to drive ‘Altitude’ and ‘Azimuth’ from a table of values, available here: http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/AltAz.php

Nice! but it doesn’t give the graphics!
Than try Ladybug. It gives you everthing
Hi Aris, did you get the graphics you need? Attached you’ll find an analemma for 2018 in Rhino made with PyEphem. With this you should be able to create the graphics. Jess Analemma_2018.3dm (2.4 MB)
