I don’t know how you created these pairs of curves? They do not appear to be parallel (one offset from the other) as the bridges appear to be wider in some places than others. But it should be noted that there are many ways to create “roads” from a single curve instead of a pair, including control of banking in turns (the outside higher then the inside), so water runoff is consistent.
