I came across Set “Grasshopper 1” from “Local Drive”. I can’t find any information about this option. Could someone explain to me what it does or point to some documentation about it?
This is rather a hidden option, firstly you need to shift + rmb on the component and then add “script” input.
@barden00 The script component can take a Grasshopper 1 definition that contains contextual input and output components and run it as a script. You’d need to define the inputs and outputs on the component manually, matching the contextual inputs and outputs of the Grasshopper definition.
This is primarily implemented for internal regression testing of Grasshopper documents and hence a bit hidden in the menus 
Thanks, so this way I can embed some Grasshopper script and it will work similarly to Hops/Clusters? Is it safe to use? Or with one Rhino update, this might change how it works or disappear?
