RIP John Conway - Game of Life for Grasshopper

Hello everyone,

After reading the sad news of Conway’s passing due to the coronavirus, I’ve pushed myself to finally implement his Game of Life in Grasshopper. Partly as a C# exercise and partly to contemplate and pay a humble tribute.
