Right mouse selection option is greyed out in setting

Any idea why are these greyed out?

Also from the same mouse setting page : Can you please Open the right mouse context menu for users [ I think similar request were posted elsewhere…, ].

Hi Akash -

If you ask me, that might be fall-out from work having been done on that page. I’ve asked the question in RH-77211 Options: Mouse: Mouse manipulation grayed out

I’m afraid I don’t know what that means.
