RhinoScript Editor: Live Reload or Refresh?

I’d like to use an external editor (Atom) to write RhinoScripts, does the built in editor for WIndows have a live reload or file refresh?

Not in Rhino 5 but it will be in Rhino 6 and is already in Rhino WIP.
