Rhino7 crash with Grasshopper stone

Hi all- anyone else experienced this? I need to show a rendering of ring with a rose cut diamond. GG gems does not have rose cuts, so taking a brilliant, Boolean it to cut off the pavilion ,and then cage edit the table to look like a rose cut crashes rhino.

any work-a-round?

Having rose cut rounds, and hexes in GG would be ideal!
