Rhino Compute Error - System.Xml.XmlExceptions

Hello,

I followed the steps to install rhino compute in my workstation, but when I run the python script lines.py (sample available on GitHub), on Visual Studio Code, I got an exception error on Visual Studio. There is someone that understand which could be the problem here?
