Rhino 5 for Mac Trial - Server Error upon download!

Hi! I tried to download Rhino 5 for Mac (Trial) but am getting a “server error” after inputting my email address!
Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi,

I bought a license Education for Rhino Mac,
you sent me the serial number, but I cannot download Rhino.

Is there a problem in the rhino sever?

I tried to download Rhino for mac several times today.

Steps:

I select Rhino 5 for Mac

I redirect on:

Server Error
Please visit http://v5.rhino3d.com/

I found another page where the potential customer was able to download it:
http://www.rhino3d.com/download/rhino-for-mac/5/latest

and I download Rhino and I entered my serial number.

So, please let me know about this problem.

If you have any idea, please help me.

Yes.
We had some office servers go down on Friday night about 9:45pm Seattle time. They were back up before noon on Saturday.

I am trying to download and install Rhino 5 through my university’s (TU Delft in the Netherlands) faculty account. The download page I have is: http://www.rhino3d.com/download/rhino/5/latest/tudelft

As soon as I hit download after entering my university email, I get a screen “Server Error”. I have tried this both with and without the faculty’s VPN, but either way I get the same server error screen.

I need to install Rhino 5 in order to keep track of students’ work.

Please advise.

I don’t know why you need to download it from that link, is it a special version or something? The following doesn’t work for you?

Yes, that link works. But the point is that my university pays for the license and therefore I am supposed to receive my activation code at the email address I put in… Because of this, the u’s IT dept. informed me that I use the download link specific to my university.

I do not believe this agreement is in place for Rhino for Mac, but only Rhino for Windows. @brian will know more.

I know that the link (http://www.rhino3d.com/download/rhino/5/latest/tudelft) is for Windows only and that we don’t have the agreement for the Mac version yet. The “Server Error” message is from the above link which is for Windows. Any suggestions?

I was out of the office last week, and the errors on the Rhino web site have disappeared. Can you please try again and see if you get a better response from the download page?

It seems that the ‘server error’ when attempting to download the evaluation version of Rhino is happening again.
Can you let me know when that’s fixed?
