I released yesterday v0.0.13, which fixes a script failure in Blender 4.1 and later (because Blender API got changed from 4.0 and earlier).

Summer vacation is over now, so I wake again early and start working early (around 06:00 in the morning).
The release page has information on what version to download for which Blender version. Windows version doesn’t matter.

Ok that’s good to know. I’m stuck on 4.1 for now because of EVEE bloom change in 4.2

Yup, Blender changes a lot, and not always in great ways - long ago I tried fighting against breaking APIs a lot (between subsequent release versions, essentially 3-4 times a year), but I gave up on that. I don’t think there will be ever any stable API ever. You’ll be just told to stick to an older version.
Yea they move too fast for my aging brain to keep up with. I do think they have really made tremendous progress and have improved it to the point of true usability. It’s really an incredible program I used to hate it until they changed the GUI. I’m throwing millions of polys and doing mixed renders with different scenes using cycles for backgrounds and evee for foregrounds and compiling them with crowds and custom rigged characters it’s insane how good it works. The animation rivals if not being better than 3dmax.
Really appreciate your plugins and help.

I’ve released v0.0.14 of import_3dm, visit https://www.rhino3d.com/download/rhino/8/import_3dm/ for the add-on.
Changes:
- add vertex color support
- support text annotations
- properly add a rhino default material
- fix double empty material slot
- add a default material for annotations (black plaster) so that they are better visible

You did download the zip for py310?
Not sure I understand the question. The rhino3dm version used is based on OpenNURBS 8.9. It will load any 3dm file from Rhino 8 and earlier.
As per installation instructions on the github repository: install, restart Blender, active addon.

Sorry, I managed to get Ivygen(?) activated without a restart. Though I did restart it the first time, and still got the yellow triangle.
Restarted again, and it seems fine. User error.
